- Sessions are scheduled in 3 month time blocks by season: January/February/March, April/May/June, July/August/September, and October/November.
- The only sessions that will be scheduled for December are a limited number of newborns.
- Scheduling for each time block will open up two months prior to the first month – ie, scheduling for the April/May/June block will begin in February.
- The only exception to this policy is your newborn session, due to the time sensitive nature of these sessions. As soon as you know your due date and want to get your session on the books, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
- All scheduling announcements will be made on both the website and Facebook page. Make sure you “like” the Facebook page to keep up with all LSP news!
Booking & Payment Policies:
- A $100 deposit is required to book your session. This deposit is non-refundable, however it is transferable – I understand that things happen, people get sick, kids get scraped up, arms get broken, etc. As long as your session is rescheduled within the same scheduling time period, your deposit will apply toward the new session slot. However, if your session is simply cancelled, your deposit will not be refunded.
- The remaining balance must be paid at the time of your session – if you want to pay that remaining balance via Paypal, you must let us know before your session so we can get your invoice to you.
- All payments made via Paypal will be charged the Paypal fee of 2.9%. This equates to a $5 fee for mini sessions, an $8 fee for full sessions, and $10 for newborn sessions. If you are interested in paying for your packages via Paypal, please just let me know and I’ll send you a custom invoice for that payment.
